By submitting a quote request through this website, you agree to be contacted by MacFixit via phone or WhatsApp regarding your device servicing inquiry. All diagnoses are provided free of charge and without obligation to proceed. Final pricing is confirmed after physical inspection of your device and may vary from indicative pricing shown on this site depending on the actual condition and issue found. MacFixit is an independent servicing provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booked appointment at any time before service begins at no charge. If you’re not satisfied with the diagnosis or quoted price, you’re under no obligation to proceed — the diagnosis is free and no payment is due unless you approve the work. Once a service is completed and paid for, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us at leads@macfixit.co.in within 7 days of service if you have concerns about the work performed. We will offer you a full refund.
